Here at McClure Insurance, we have seen many firsts in our long history. From Model Ts to Teslas, record players to iTunes, farmhouses to tiny houses, encyclopedias to Wikipedia, fax machines to email, then text messages and now Snap Chat… Some of these inventions have changed the course of history, and some have made our lives easier, and a few have made life just a little more fun. We have learned to roll with them all in the last 90 years.
Today, we are thrilled to announce a new first for McClure Insurance – the launch of our monthly blog and our Facebook page. Both are very exciting milestones for this local insurance agency.
Yes, a lot has changed in the world since we opened our doors three generations ago. But, if there is one thing that has stood the test of time, it is our commitment to building long-term relationships with our clients. And, at McClure, we understand that one of the best ways to continue doing this is to provide excellent two-way communication and information tools. We want you to have easy access to McClure no matter what device you are on or where you are in the state of Massachusetts or around the world.
Our website was the first step in giving you the access you needed. Here you can contact us easily to get a quote for your auto, home or business, ask us a question, or even inform us of a change you need to make to your policy. As always the McClure team is here to help you with all your insurance transactions, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, and Saturdays by appointment. However, our team does need a little rest every now and again, so when we close our office to recharge, you can find quick links in the Customer Service section of our website to file a claim or make an online payment with your insurance carrier when it’s convenient for you. By updating our technology, we have hopefully made working with us a little easier and saved you a good deal of time and effort that can be used on more fun things!
Our blog is the latest addition to our website. With this blog, we hope to keep you informed about our new insurance offerings and share timely topics on everything related to keeping you, your loved ones, and your assets safe. We’ll talk about tips on how to prepare your home for a winter storm or how to keep your family, friends, and pets protected during the dog days of summer. We may also toss in a few posts about the region and all the exciting things happening in Greater Springfield and the Pioneer Valley. Our blog will be just one more tool that we can use to communicate with you, our valuable clients, and make your lives easier.
Just like our website and our blog, our Facebook page will enhance our communication with you. We look forward to becoming “friends” with you online and hope that you will like the McClure Insurance Facebook page. This will be the place to come for the most up-to-date news and events that could effect you, your home, auto, and more.
